What you need:
- Quinoa
- Salmon
- Raw salad
- Beetroot
- Carrots
- Lemon
- Olive Oil
- pumpkin seeds
First wash and cut the vegetables and lettuce. Mix the vegetables and salad, season and add a little olive oil. The pumpkin seeds serve as a topping, but can also be mixed with the salad beforehand.
Wash quinoa thoroughly, drain, boil and fill into the box. Season the salmon, sear and place on quinoa. Before eating, sour the salmon with lemon juice if you like.
