Low Carb Recipe Quinoa Salad "Greek-Style"

What you need:

  • Quinoa
  • cucumber
  • Tomatoes
  • peppers
  • parsley
  • onion
  • black olives
  • Feta cheese
  • vinegar
  • Oil
  • Honey

Wash the quinoa thoroughly, drain and cook. Wash and cut vegetables. Mix together the quinoa and vegetables and season. Mix the honey, vinegar and oil into a dressing and pour over the quinoa.

Put the feta cubes in a mini container of your box and garnish with parsley.
