Low carb recipe Colorful salad with avocado and shrimp

What you need:

  • colorful salad
  • Avocado
  • shrimp
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • peppers
  • Carrots
  • Lime
  • pumpkin seeds
  • vinegar
  • Oil

First wash, cut and mix the lettuce and vegetables. Slice the avocado and place on the salad. Mix the vinegar and oil into a dressing and season. The pumpkin seeds serve as a topping, but can also be mixed with the salad beforehand.

Season the prawns, fry them and acidify with lime juice if you like.

Tip: only pour the dressing over the salad when it is eaten so that it stays fresh and crisp for longer!
