Meal Prep Recipe Wholemeal pasta with tomato and herb sauce

What you need:

  • Wholemeal pasta
  • Tomato sauce with herbs
  • Chicken fillet
  • mixed salad
  • cocktail tomatoes
  • red, green or yellow peppers
  • Sunflower seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • Vinegar - oil dressing

First cook the wholemeal pasta, wash and cut the lettuce, tomatoes and peppers. Season the chicken breast fillet, fry and cut into slices. Mix the pasta with the tomato and herb sauce.

Tip: Only pour the dressing over the salad when you are about to eat it so that it stays fresh and crisp for longer!
