Meal Prep Recipe Salmon fillet with wholegrain rice

What you need:

  • Salmon fillet
  • Whole grain rice
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Lime
  • Lemon

Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the pack, season and add lime juice to taste. Meanwhile, clean the broccoli and cauliflower and divide into small florets. Cook the florets in boiling salted water until al dente, then remove and set aside and season.

Heat a pan (we recommend one with a coating) with oil and fry the salmon. If desired, acidify the salmon with a slice of lemon upon consumption.
